Rooms were nice with comfy beds and a private bathroom. Breakfast was decent, but the cook went above and beyond, making us ham and eggs even after hours. Loved the pet-friendly vibe! The pool was warm, great for kids, plus the hot tub was nice too. Fitness center looked good. Morning staff were super friendly!

This place is well-organized and the staff are amazingly nice. The units are brand-new, good-sized with fridge and microwave, carpet plus microwave. The location is particularly good, just next door to the important places in Grand Forks - couldn't be better. Also, an indoor stadium is a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. There are excellent rates in the property.
